ANALISA KEANDALAN PADA BOILER UNTUK MENYUSUN STRATEGI PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (STUDIKASUS DIPUSDIKLAT MIGAS CEPU)

Keandalan adalah ukuran dari kualitas suatu sistem atau komponen untuk melakukan unjuk kerja, sesuai fungsinya, dalam suatu kondisi operasi dan periode waktu tertentu. Sejak beberapa tahun belakangan ini efisiensi boiler di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Minyak dan Gas Bumi (Pusdiklat Migas) Cepu mengalami penurunan, yaitu ditandai dengan meningkatnya konsumsi bahan bakar yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan steam dalam jumlah yang tetap. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi boiler akan dilakukan analisa penyebab penurunan efisiensi tersebut. Metode yang dipakai adalah Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Berdasarkan atas hasil analisa metode FMEA dan data downtime dari data-data inspeksi dan pemeliharaan yang sudah ada, akan dihitung nilai keandalan dari komponen yang mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap penurunan efisiensi. Dari hasil analisa Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) didapatkan bahwa dari keenam komponen {superheater, fire tube, burner, igema level control, constan level control, warrick control valve), superheater mempunyai nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) yang tertinggi yaitu 297, untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisa keandalannya dalam upaya penyusunan jadwal perawatan (Preventive Maintenance). Hasil perhitungan nilai keandalan dengan mempertimbangkan biaya Preventive Maintenance dan biaya breakdown didapatkan bahwa interval waktu antara Preventive Maintenance (T) 360 (hari) adalah waktu yang tepat untuk dilakukan tindakan Preventive Maintenance.

Since some years lately, efficiency of boiler in the Oil and Gas Education and Training Center ( Pusdiklat Migas ) Cepu, having degradation, that is marked at the height of consumption of fuel to yield steam in number which remain to. To increase the efficiency of boiler, an analysis which causes the efficiency degradation will be done by method of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ( FMEA). Based on the result of FMEA method analysis for downtime data of the inspect data and the maintenance, the reliability value will be counted from component which have high influence toward efficiency degradation. From the result of analyzing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) can be solved from six components (superheater, fire tube, burner, igema level control, constant level control, warrick control valve), superheater has the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN), that is 297. Analyzing its reliability in the case for synchronizing the prevention schedule (Preventive Maintenance) following. The result of reliability value calculation of the component with expecting the input to compile preventive maintenance strategy and reducing the main Preventive Maintenance and breakdown cost can be involved the interval time between Preventive Maintenance (T) 360 days is perfect time to do the Preventive Maintenance.
